For an L-network with design Q and component Q_comp:
IL ≈ 4.34 · Q_design / Q_comp [dB, per reactive element]
Example: Q_design=3, component Q=50:
IL_inductor ≈ 4.34 × 3/50 = 0.26 dB
IL_total ≈ 0.26 + 0.08 (capacitor) ≈ 0.34 dB total
